CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUNDS

The Capital Improvement Fund will help Durham County Library build world-class facilities that embody the role of Libraries as centers of community life. Contributions will be used to help refurbish the Main Library and the Southwest Branch, which were not included in the most recent bond referendums. New paint, carpets, and lighting are needed now.
